The project involved complicated internal and and external enabling works and and temporary support so that large elements of the the rear extension could be be be demolished prior to the the new build elements being constructed Coombe Road was previously a a a a a a a a a local authority registry office so new drainage and service runs are required throughout the existing building The first floor floor registry office was a a a a a a a a a a a a a large ornamental open plan space space space and and Stack installed a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new steel mezzanine floor floor and and wall structure within this space space space to create the internal spaces Contract Value
