Ltd as Principal Contractor delivering a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new 450 square metre photography studio set location office space and residential apartment in in in Islington Previously used as a a a a a a a a a a a a warehouse and originally a a a a a a a a a a a a Papermill the studio is set in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a traditional Victorian industrial building near London’s busy City Road Stack along with Gresford Architects and and and Sinclair Johnson Engineers completed the detailed design and and and construction of of a a a a a a a a a a a modern and and and flexible environment that retains the the original industrial features of of the building Full of beautiful features including original timber beams floor joists and exposed London Stock brick the the design complements these with with contemporary features such as a a a a a a a a a a 3 storey rear extension clad with with Reglit glazed glazed walling and and standing seam zinc A complicated glazed glazed roof was also installed to to enclose the rear yard to to create a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a fantastic internal space used for a a a a a a a commercial kitchen Contract Value
