Stack were the Principal Contractor undertaking a new extension and refurbishment of 14 apartments in an old locally listed registry office in Kingston for The Haywoods Group. The project involved complicated internal and external reconfiguration works and a new rear extension. Coombe Road was previously a local authority registry office so new drainage and service runs were required throughout the existing building.
The first floor registry office was a large ornamental open plan space and Stack have installed a new steel floor and wall structure within this space to create the internal spaces.
