The Fontley Way project comprises of a mix of 14 maisonettes over 4 storeys. The site is located at Fontley Way on the Alton Estate, Roehampton and forms part of the decant strategy for the wider Alton Estate Regeneration Project.
Stack were appointed as the Principal Contractor to deliver this project. The building is constructed of reinforced concrete frame with external brickwork. This completed project delivers much needed new housing stock to LB Wandsworth.
