Stack provided a highly experienced Construction Management team to complete the construction of 60 apartments at High Road Finchley for Catalyst Housing Group. High Road, Finchley is a reinforced concrete structure with inset and protruding balconies and a part brick, glass and metal façade. There are 60 apartments above 3 ground floor commercial units and a rear external landscaped podium with undercroft parking. The Stack team managed the design so that coordinated construction drawings were issued to site in a timely manner to allow works to proceed to programme. Stack provided all site preliminary items including welfare, vertical and horizontal distribution, site management, skilled and unskilled labour. The Stack commercial team tendered, negotiated, prepared, executed and administered all the JCT Trade Subcontract packages required to deliver the project.
