Lennox Gardens was a complex refurbishment project consisting of the remodelling of three existing ground and lower ground floor apartments. The construction works will create a new 4,000 sqft ‘prime’ triplex apartment on ground, lower ground and new subbasement level centred around a central stairwell and an atrium. Stack was employed as Development Manager to secure a deliverable planning permission. Although the project was small in terms of area the nature of the construction and the proximity of adjoining owners made the project technically complex.
Stack provided a development and project management service to the private Client and obtained a very valuable planning permission to allow the project to commence. In addition Stack also prepared and managed the design and procurement process.
The project was ultimately sold by the owner for a profit
