Stack London worked with Acorn Property Group to deliver a hybrid new build and refurbishment project near to London Bridge.
The scheme consists of a new reinforced concrete frame against a refurbished existing building over 4 storeys. The top floor is constructed of steelwork and the building is overclad with brickwork and zinc. The building houses 7 luxury apartments and 2 levels of commercial space.
Stack were contracted to deliver full Design and Build services on this project and we appointed Malcom Pawley Architects and GDC Partnership to undertake the architectural and structural design works.
