Lowder House is a 7 storey light guage steel red brick development of frame clad with 18 apartments in a single block. Designed by Rivington St Studio Architects, the new block sits behind the historic Tobacco Dock area of London and has delivered 18 new social properties homes for London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
