Stack had full M&E design responsibility for this refurbishment and new build project for a private Clients family home in Norbiton. Stack were the principal contractor working closely with the property owners and The Robinson White Partnership to deliver a stunningly designed new home with bespoke entertainment room in the garden.
Stack removed the roof and constructed a new lead clad dormer box to create 2 children’s bedrooms and a family bathroom at loft level. The whole of the house was refurbished and at ground level we extended the rear of the building to create a large open-plan kitchen diner with floor to ceiling frameless sliding glass doors. In the garden, we built a large games room.
Internally the house and playroom have new plumbing and electrical circuits with a wet underfloor heating system to the whole ground floor. On the ground floor we installed herringbone fumed oak floorboards and the bathrooms were clad with marble tiles.
