Oval Quarter is a large award winning estate regeneration project consisting of the demolition of 303 existing units and the construction of 808 new homes of which 357 are for private sale and 147 are for shared ownership. There is a new community facility around one of London’s largest new parks.
A Director of Stack provided development and project management services to the joint venture development company, Myatts Field Developments Ltd (MFD) which was a joint venture between Pinnacle Regeneration Group and Higgins Group. MFD Ltd is responsible for delivering the 357 private sale units and the shared ownership land sales. The project commenced in May 2012 and was completed in April 2017.
A Director of Stack was responsible for managing the Principal Contractor who has been employed under a JCT 2011 Design & Build Contract with an overall contract sum of circa £70m.
