Stack were employed by Catalyst Housing Group to construct 178 new houses and flats in Leighton Buzzard. The project was being branded as “Rutherford Fields” and Stack were engaged under a JCT Construction Management contract to deliver the design development, subcontract procurement and construction delivery of the project.
The Stack team on site consisted of a Project Manager, Commercial Manager and 2 site managers who are supported by skilled and unskilled labour providing vertical and horizontal distribution to subcontract trades.
