The Salisbury Estate project is the design and construction of 26 new build units in a 5 storey block (consisting of 5 three bed 5 person flats, 9 two bed four person flats and 9 one bed 2 person flats, 2 two bed wheelchair accessible flats and 1 one bed wheelchair accessible flat) of 100% rental tenure, including all associated landscaping and drainage works.
Stack are appointed as the Principal Contractor to deliver this project. The building will be constructed of a reinforced concrete frame with external brickwork and bolt on balconies. When complete this project will be connected to the local heating distribution system.
