Stack were providing an experienced Construction
Management team to undertake the new build construction
of 345 houses at Brackley for Catalyst Housing Group. The
Stack team are responsible for managing and coordinating
the design work, providing all site preliminary items including
welfare, vertical and horizontal distribution, site management,
skilled and unskilled labour, sub-contractor management
and coordination.
The Stack commercial team are tendering, negotiating,
preparing, executing and administering the JCT Trade
Contract packages required to deliver the project for the
client.
