Rosebank Way, Ealing, London W3

Stack are managing the delivery of 23 private residential and 2 commercial units for a private client at Rosebank Way in Ealing, London. The reinforced concrete frame is complete and traditional and glazed brickwork is progressing externally alongside SFS and window installation. The new-build apartments feature large terraces and balconies, with beautiful, elevated views of London. The project will be released to market in the 3rd quarter of 2024 and the Stack team are working alongside Fourth Space Architects (www.fourthspace.co.uk), Calcinotto Structural Engineers (www.calcinotto.co.uk), WB Shiels MEPH Engineers (www.wbshiels.com) and client representative McBains (www.mcbains.co.uk) to deliver this project.

Premier Place, Edgware, London HA8

The Premier Place project consist of 124 residential units with associated commercial spaces. This project is a mixture of shared ownership and social rent tenures and we are in the final stages of constructing this project with emphasis on completing internal finishing works and external paving areas. This project is due to be complete in [June 2024].Stack are managing the construction of 2 projects for Network Homes who are part of the Sovereign Network Group (www.sng.org.uk) and a registered provider of social housing. Both projects are in London as follows:

Aytoun Road, Lambeth, London SW9

The Aytoun Road project consist of 31 residential units with associated external landscaping areas within the Stockwell Park housing estate in Lambeth. This project is due to be complete in Jan 2024..

Salisbury Estate, Southwark, London SE17

Stack are in the process of completing 26 new residential apartments for social rent for the LB Southwark. This is a complex new build development around a private courtyard over 5 storeys with a brick façade and standing seam roof. The building is centrally located near to the Elephant & Castle regeneration area and will provide much needed new social homes to the borough. The Stack team are working alongside Stockwool Architects (www.stockwool.co.uk ), Stantec Structural Engineers (www.stantec.com ), Peter Deer Associates MEPH Engineers (http://www.peterdeerassociates.co.uk ) and client representative Potter Raper (www.potterraper.co.uk ) to deliver this project. This project is due to be completed in March 2024.

Patmos Lodge, Lambeth, London SW9

Stack are in the process of completing 5 houses and 26 new residential apartments for Homes for Lambeth, a subsidiary of LB Lambeth. This is an exciting new build development in 3 blocks around private and courtyard gardens. The development is a combination of shared ownership and social rent tenures and will provide much needed new social homes to the borough. The Stack team are working alongside Stockwool Architects (www.stockwool.co.uk), Gravity Consulting Structural Engineers (www.gravity-ce.co.uk ), Peter Deer Associates MEPH Engineers (http://www.peterdeerassociates.co.uk ) and client representative Faithful & Gould (www.fgould.com ) to deliver this project. This project is due to be completed in March 2024.Other ProjectsPiling has recently commenced at The Grange in LB Barnet where we are constructing 16 new apartments for our client Barnet Homes (www.thebarnetgroup.org ). The project consists of 2 blocks of new accommodation and extensive landscaping on estate infill sites. This project is due for completion Q2 2025.Works are progressing on our Ashmole Estate project for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association (www.mtvh.co.uk ). We are constructing 6 new houses and 9 apartments which are due to be completed in April 2024
